Have Unwavering Faith

Fear is the primary negative emotion. It produces doubt (wavering) and is contrary to faith. If it rules over you, then you are not walking in freedom. A person cannot pray in faith if the prayer is mixed with fear, which is doubt. We have to demolish fear in order to have true confidence and be unshakeable.
Consider the following situation. When a believer receives a bad report, a spirit of fear will often come to him and speak thoughts about the possible final outcome. If the believer lets the thoughts come into his thinking and he starts contemplating and pondering the thoughts, he is now, to some level, controlled by fear. Therefore, at this point he is influenced by a spirit of fear and he is wavering. If he prays in this mental state, his prayer is mixed with doubt. According to JAMES 1:8 he should not think he will lay hold of anything from the Lord, and according to 3 JOHN 1:2 the outcome is based on how his soul responds (see section Prosper In Your Soul).
Recognize fear as a demonic spirit. Your response is to disallow these thoughts and to put the spirit under your feet. Here are two ways to handle the attacks. First, if you hear a negative report and fear comes, but you are able to minister without letting fear lay hold of you, then you can pray in unwavering faith. Many times, you still need to be aggressive in your delivery as you minister. A louder commanding presence is often required to silence the fear:

MATTHEW 11:12 (Jesus said) …the kingdom of the heavens is taken by violence [force, force their way in] and the violent [forceful, violent man; one who is eager in pursuit] seize it.
Second, if you hear a negative report and fear takes a hold of you, that is not the time to pray about the report. In order to pray without doubting, you must first take dominion over the fear and put it under your feet and under your control (see section We Are Seated With Christ). Practically, you settle down, receive God’s peace, and enter God’s rest (see section Be In Peace & Rest). Before you pray regarding a bad report, you can physically sit down, begin to acknowledge who you are in Christ, and address the fear as follows:
Right now, in Jesus’ name, I will not fear nor be anxious! I’m a son of God and an ambassador of Christ! As Jesus is so am I in this world and nothing shall by any means hurt me or my family! I rule with Christ in the heavenlies and I’m seated with him next to my Heavenly Father. Lord, I walk in your peace and rest, knowing that I have dominion over this earth and walk in your authority and power. Whatever I pray, I believe I have it and it is so. Therefore, fear and anxiety… Get out now!
Once you are comfortably sitting in your position with Christ, have settled down your soul, and have put the demonic spirit under your feet, you can address the negative report. Now, your prayer of faith will not be mixed with doubt, you can command the end result you want, and you will have what you say:
MARK 11:22-24 And Jesus answering said unto them, Have faith in God. For truly I say to you, that whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed, and be cast into the sea and does not doubt [waver, discern, judge, distinguish various options], in his heart, but believes that those things which he says come to past [lit: become]; he will have whatever he says. Therefore I say unto you, What things so ever you desire, when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.
Through discipline, you will grow to the point where, if the enemy attacks with a problem and also attempts to torment you with fear, you will overcome the fear and also nullify the problem quickly. Likewise, if other carnal emotions arise, you can use the same method to conquer them and demolish the attack.
